Refund policy

Return Policy:

Return requests must be made via email within 5 days of receipt of the item. The item must be in new, unused condition. Requests must be addressed to threadandcraftstudio@gmail.com. If the return is submitted within the above timeframe and meets the condition requirements, return shipping costs will be covered by the seller and a refund will be issued. Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
